Students in Saline County will have the chance to master important skills at a new vocational school set to open by 2021.
The 120,000-square-foot Saline County Career and Technical Center will be available to high school students from the county’s six school districts.
The plan is for the center to offer courses in 10 subjects, which will include health science, nursing and welding, to prepare students for careers in the technical professions.
